pk92 Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Agreement for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk92 platform — including but not limited to the website at pk92.ws, any associated mobile interface, or any pk92 application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with pk92 in any capacity. If you are accessing pk92 on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that the person in question also meets all eligibility requirements described herein.

The use of pk92's services is conditional on your unconditional acceptance of these terms. pk92 reserves the right to refuse access, suspend, or permanently close any account where a player has violated these terms, misrepresented their identity, or engaged in conduct that pk92 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform or to other players.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

pk92 is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Players must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. pk92 takes underage access seriously and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 18, retaining any deposits made in compliance with applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

pk92 is designed for and primarily serves players located in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your location. pk92 makes no representation that its services are legally available in all jurisdictions. Players accessing pk92 from restricted territories do so entirely at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without refund.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active pk92 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals in those accounts.

2.4 Restricted Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold a pk92 account: employees and contractors of pk92 or its affiliated companies; immediate family members of pk92 employees; persons who have previously been excluded or banned from pk92; and persons acting as proxies for ineligible individuals.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games on pk92, you must register a personal account using a valid Pakistani mobile phone number. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) number. pk92 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

3.2 KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. This involves verifying your CNIC details against the mobile number registered to your account. Verification is a one-time process for most players and typically completes within a few minutes. Providing false or misleading information during KYC constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk92 login credentials. pk92 will never ask for your password via phone, email, or any messaging platform. Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — is your responsibility. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk92 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer), and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. International payment methods are not accepted. No currency conversion is applied at any stage.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method (Rs 200 for mobile wallets; Rs 500 for cards; Rs 1,000 for IBFT). There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pk92, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction and daily limits. Deposits credited to your pk92 wallet are your funds and may be used for gameplay or withdrawn, subject to any active bonus wagering conditions.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for a player's most recent deposit, for fraud prevention purposes. Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rs 200 for mobile wallets, Rs 1,000 for IBFT, and Rs 1,000 for cards. pk92 imposes no platform fee on withdrawals. Mobile wallet withdrawals typically process within 2–5 minutes for verified accounts. IBFT and card withdrawals process within 1–24 hours depending on banking hours.

4.4 Failed Transactions

If a deposit payment is deducted from your payment method but does not credit to your pk92 wallet within 15 minutes, contact pk92 support immediately with your payment provider's transaction reference number. pk92 will investigate and, if the payment is confirmed, credit the amount within 2 hours. pk92 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking system outages, or technical issues outside the pk92 platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New pk92 players are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. To receive the welcome bonus, a player must make their first deposit and the bonus is credited automatically. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a pk92 account are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 1,50,000 in total wagers before it becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus offers expire 30 days from the date they are credited to your pk92 wallet. Any unmet wagering requirements and unclaimed bonus amounts will be automatically removed from your account at the point of expiry without compensation.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

pk92 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using mathematical or system strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus conditions; withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements; and placing bets in patterns that pk92 determines are designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses and related winnings removed and may be permanently closed.

5.5 Changes to Promotions

pk92 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. A player's participation in a promotion implies acceptance of the specific promotion terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk92 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with pk92 games or systems
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit any pk92 software, game engine, or payment system
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in match-fixing, result manipulation, or any form of sports corruption in connection with pk92 betting
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bans, or bonus eligibility rules
• Money laundering or using pk92 to process funds obtained through illegal means
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another person during KYC verification

6.2 Certified Fair RNG

All pk92 games that rely on random outcomes — including card games, dice games, crash games, and virtual sports — use a certified server-side Random Number Generator. This RNG is designed and tested to ensure that every outcome is statistically random and unpredictable by any party, including pk92. pk92 does not and cannot influence the outcome of any game in favour of the house or against any individual player beyond the stated house edge for each game.

6.3 Suspicious Activity

pk92 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected. During an investigation, access to the account and any pending withdrawals may be temporarily withheld. pk92 will endeavour to complete all investigations within 14 days and communicate findings to the affected player.

7. Game Rules and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Game Rules

Each game category on pk92 has its own set of rules that govern gameplay, betting limits, payout structures, and special conditions. These game-specific rules are published within each game's interface and, where applicable, on associated help pages. In all cases, the game rules published within the pk92 platform take precedence over any third-party description or summary of the game.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that interrupts a game in progress, pk92 will use available server logs to determine the state of the game at the point of interruption and resolve the round accordingly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the round may be voided and stakes returned. pk92's decision on technical malfunction resolutions is final.

7.3 Dispute Process

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, a payout has been miscalculated, or a transaction has not been processed correctly, you must raise a dispute within 14 days of the event by contacting pk92 support via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or Telegram. 8. Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion — the voluntary suspension of your own account — can be requested for any period including permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and access to the account is suspended for the duration. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on pk92, including but not limited to the platform name, logo, game designs, user interface, graphics, software, text, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of pk92 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pk92's platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any pk92 content; reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any pk92 software; using pk92's brand name, logo, or any of its content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

pk92 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on pk92, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk92 collects data necessary for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. This data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment service providers for transaction processing and with relevant authorities when legally required.

Players have the right to request a copy of their personal data, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion of their data (subject to legal retention requirements). 11. Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from inability to access the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond pk92's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from a player's decision to wager — gaming involves risk and players accept that loss is a possible outcome
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform
• Losses caused by a player's failure to maintain account security
• Losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications failures

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by pk92's gross negligence. pk92's total liability to any player in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Closure by Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting pk92 support. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Any bonus balance not meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

12.2 Closure by pk92

pk92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; confirmed fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering activity; inability to complete identity verification; inactivity (an account with zero balance that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed); and at pk92's reasonable discretion to maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure by pk92 for breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If an investigation confirms a breach that resulted in illegitimate gains, those amounts may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following investigation completion.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pk92 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk92 will notify registered players via the contact information on file (SMS, email, or in-platform notification) at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. For minor or non-material changes, no advance notice is required.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at pk92.ws/terms-conditions, along with the date of the last update shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of pk92 after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using pk92 and may request account closure.
