When you make deposits or request withdrawals, pk92 collects transaction data including the payment method used (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or card), transaction amount in PKR, timestamp, and transaction reference numbers from your payment provider. We do not store full card numbers or mobile wallet PINs — payment authentication is handled directly by the respective payment service providers.
2.3 Gameplay and Activity Data
pk92 records all gameplay activity associated with your account, including games played, bet amounts, game outcomes, session durations, timestamps, and any in-game chat where applicable. This data is used for account management, dispute resolution, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and internal analytics.
2.4 Technical and Device Data

- Two-factor authentication: Withdrawal requests and certain account changes require two-factor authentication, adding a layer of protection against unauthorised account access.

The data shared is limited to what is required to process the specific transaction (e.g., your registered mobile number for a JazzCash transaction). 6.2 Identity Verification Providers
Where pk92 uses a third-party service provider to assist with CNIC verification as part of the KYC process, your identity data may be shared with that provider solely for the purpose of verification. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only for the verification purpose and to maintain equivalent data security standards.
6.3 Legal and Regulatory Authorities
pk92 may be required by law to disclose personal data to government authorities, law enforcement agencies, or regulatory bodies. In such cases, pk92 will only disclose the minimum information required to satisfy the legal obligation and will document the disclosure. Where legally permitted, pk92 will notify the affected player of such a disclosure.
6.4 Business Operations
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of pk92's business or assets, personal data held by pk92 may form part of the transferred assets. In such circumstances, players would be notified in advance and the acquiring entity would be required to honour this Privacy Policy or provide equivalent protection.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
pk92 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on pk92.ws to improve your experience, maintain session security, and gather anonymised usage analytics. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website that you visit. Cookies cannot access other files on your device and do not contain personal information on their own.
7.1 Types of Cookies pk92 Uses

9. Data Retention
pk92 retains personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. The key retention principles are:
- Active accounts: All data associated with an active pk92 account is retained for the duration of the account's activity and for a minimum of five years after the account is closed, in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.
- Transaction records: All deposit and withdrawal records are retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements.
- KYC records: Identity verification records including CNIC data are retained for a minimum of five years after the end of the player relationship.
- Gameplay logs: Individual game round records are retained for a minimum of three years and are available to players via their account history throughout that period.
- Support communications: Customer support records are retained for three years following the resolution of the relevant query.
- Inactive accounts: Accounts with zero balance that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be closed. All associated data is then retained for the minimum statutory periods described above and deleted thereafter.
When the retention period for any data category expires, that data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with any individual player.
10. Children's Privacy
pk92 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from individuals under the age of 18. During the registration process, players are required to confirm their age and provide a CNIC number — Pakistani CNICs are only issued to individuals aged 18 and above, which provides a natural verification layer.
If pk92 discovers that a person under 18 has registered an account and provided personal data, that account will be immediately closed, all data associated with the account will be securely deleted (beyond any legally required minimum retention), and any funds deposited will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
If you are the parent or guardian of someone under 18 who you believe has registered on pk92, please contact pk92 support immediately. We will investigate and close the account as quickly as possible. pk92 takes underage access extremely seriously and will cooperate fully with any regulatory or legal process arising from such a situation.
11. Marketing Communications
pk92 may send marketing communications — including promotional offers, bonus notifications, tournament announcements, and platform updates — to players who have opted in to receive them. Marketing communications are sent via SMS to your registered mobile number and, where provided, by email.
When you register on pk92, you will be given the option to opt in to marketing communications. This is entirely optional, and declining does not affect your access to any pk92 service or game. You may change your marketing preference at any time by:
- Contacting pk92 support via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or Telegram and requesting to be removed from the marketing list
- Replying STOP to any pk92 SMS message
- Using the unsubscribe link in any pk92 email communication
pk92 will act on opt-out requests within 48 hours. Note that some account-related communications — such as payment confirmations, security alerts, and important policy updates — are operational in nature and are not subject to marketing preferences. You will continue to receive these regardless of your marketing opt-out status, as they are necessary for account management.
pk92 does not share your contact details with any third-party marketers or advertising partners. All marketing communications sent by pk92 originate from pk92 itself and relate only to pk92 services.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
pk92 reviews and updates this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in platform services, data processing practices, or applicable legal requirements. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.
When material changes are made to this policy, pk92 will notify registered players via SMS to their registered mobile number, and the updated policy will be published at pk92.ws/privacy-policy at least 7 days before the changes take effect where practicable. For minor or administrative changes, no advance notice is required.
Your continued use of pk92 after the effective date of any policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the revised policy, you should stop using pk92 and may request account closure by contacting support. The most current version of this policy is always the governing version.
